Biography

Qiao Jia, Attending Physician, PhD in Plastic Surgery. He completed a combined master's–doctoral program at Peking Union Medical College and the Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; was a jointly trained PhD student in Plastic Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Stanford University; completed standardized surgical residency training at the Chinese PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital) and Peking University People's Hospital; and currently works at the Plastic Surgery Hospital.

He has been engaged in clinical plastic surgery for more than ten years and has successively worked and trained in departments at our hospital, including Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, the Cleft Lip and Palate Center, the Comprehensive Scar Treatment Center, the Limb Plastic and Reconstructive Center, the Rhinoplasty Center, the Minimally Invasive Plastic Surgery Center, and the Facial and Neck Plastic and Aesthetic Center, accumulating extensive clinical experience. He has delivered presentations at numerous domestic and international plastic surgery academic conferences and has published multiple original articles in high-level domestic and international journals. He keeps abreast of the latest advances in international plastic surgery, takes a patient-centered approach, communicates patiently, and customizes individualized surgical plans. With meticulous technique and adherence to minimally invasive surgical principles, he strives to achieve optimal surgical outcomes with minimal trauma and the shortest postoperative swelling time, pursuing natural and refined results.

1. Facial contour surgery: aesthetic facial contouring for microgenia and other conditions; sequential treatment of craniofacial deformities such as hemifacial atrophy and hemifacial microsomia;

2. Oculoplastic surgery: suture/incisional double eyelid surgery, minimally invasive lower blepharoplasty, orbital fat release for tear trough filling, medial and lateral canthoplasty, and upper eyelid skin laxity correction;

3. Facial liposuction and filling; meticulous liposuction and body contouring for various body areas;

4. Facial rejuvenation surgery: small-incision midface suspension lift and minimally invasive thread lift;  

5. Minimally invasive injections: botulinum toxin injection (for calf slimming, shoulder slimming, masseter slimming, and jawline contouring), hyaluronic acid and collagen injection (for facial hollows and facial contour adjustment in the tear trough/nasolabial folds/forehead/brow/temples/chin, etc.), skin booster injection, etc.;
